Fashion Doll Blanket-Free Pattern

Fashion Doll Blanket-Free Pattern

Even fashion dolls need to sleep, and if they are sleeping they need a blanket! Teach your daughter, granddaughter, niece or young friend to read a crochet pattern with this beginner project. This is also the perfect project for learning about gauge and choosing colors.

Fashion Doll Blanket

Every girl should crochet a Fashion Doll blanket for their best little friends. Keep Barbie, Lammily, and all their friends warm when you make them a blanket with this pattern. The blanket is 8″ x 10″ when finished, but the size is easily adjustable once the student understands how to count stitches and rows. While making this fashion doll blanket, the students will learn about gauge and how to read a pattern. There are no abbreviations used in this pattern, so it is quite easy for kids/beginners to use. Gauge is explained with photos to make it easy to understand.

This Free beginner pattern was originally designed for 4-H clubs, Girl Scouts or other clubs, or for you and your daughter or grand-daughter. The download is free and you may make as many copies as you would like. Create doll blankets and sell them at your local craft fair or give them to all your friends.
